We all have our set routines to try and balance out the body. Many people have jobs where we sit at a desk all day long and do computer work. This unfortunately is the worst thing for our bodies. This causes a rounding affect of our shoulders which causes our back blades to pull away from our thoracic spine. This has a direct affect on our posture. This can creates more problems.
